Terms draft
Clear public terms support a clear project agreement.
Website information
Public package descriptions are general information. A project begins only after fit, exact scope, responsibilities, payment terms, and applicable policies are confirmed in an approved agreement.
Price and scope
The base offer is CAD $900 plus applicable HST for up to five standard pages within the published product scope, including the first 12 months of hosting on Vercel. Approved add-ons and later hosting years are quoted separately.
Ownership and third parties
You own the domain, the content, and the approved final assets once payment is complete. During the included hosting year the deployment sits in the $900 Website Vercel account and is transferred to an account you control whenever you ask. Third-party tools, fonts, images, and platforms remain subject to their own licences and terms.
No performance or ranking guarantee
The service does not guarantee search positions, traffic, leads, revenue, or uninterrupted third-party services. Results depend on factors outside a website build and are measured over time.
