Privacy should describe what the site actually does.
Information submitted through the fit check
The fit check is intended to collect contact and project information supplied voluntarily so the enquiry can be assessed and answered. Final field use, storage location, recipients, and retention period must be confirmed before launch.
Analytics and cookies
Non-essential analytics are disabled by default in the code foundation and must not run before required consent. This section must name the actual provider, identifiers, cookie behaviour, consent approach, and retention settings once approved.
Sharing and service providers
The final notice must identify the categories of hosting, email, form, analytics, and operational providers that actually process data. It must not list tools that are not used.
Questions and requests
A verified privacy contact must be published before launch. Do not promise deletion, export, or response procedures until the owner can operationally support them.
