Privacy should describe what the site actually does.
Information submitted through the fit check
The fit check collects only what is typed into it: a name, business name, email address, an optional phone number, a city or service area, an industry, an optional current website, and answers about project type, features, content readiness, timing and goals. It is used to assess the enquiry and reply to it. It is not sold, shared with advertisers, or added to a marketing list.
How a submission travels
The form posts to this site's own server route, which validates the answers and forwards them over HTTPS to the configured delivery provider so they arrive in the studio inbox. Submitted answers are not written to application logs. A short-lived record of the sending network address is held in memory to limit automated abuse.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. Analytics stay switched off unless an approved provider is configured, and where consent is required none is loaded until it is given. When no provider is configured, no analytics identifiers are created.
Service providers
Operating the site involves a hosting and content-delivery provider and, once configured, a form-delivery provider. Providers change over time; the current list is available on request rather than stated here and left to go stale.
Questions, corrections and deletion
Ask at any time for an enquiry to be corrected or deleted. Requests go to the privacy contact published on the contact page once it is configured.
